    I live in Seattle. Do you guys know any good MMA trainers u there?

    AMC in Kirkland and Maurice Smith's in Bellevue. Both on the other side of the pond (Lake WA). I would go with AMC.

      Marcelo Alonso is a CGT black belt, and a walking encyclopedia of BJJ.

      AMC is also a great choice.
