Hello everyone.
This is my first posting. In in my youth I studied both Judo and Karate. Now after finishing college, I decided to go back to training in martial arts. The problem was, with so many styles to choose from I didn't know what to start off. I only took Judo for two semesters until I reached yellow belt and quit. Then I took Karate during my high school days, but it was an informal class, that is, no uniforms only using our very own street clothes. After doing some research I found a martial art that might be suited for my needs. It's called Jukado. It is a combination of Judo, Karate, Kung Fu and Akido. I would like to know if anyone has train in this style and what it offers.
Is it considered a true self-defense martial art or merely a sport?
