    When we train, we start out with conditioning that includes "monkey" and "side monkeys." While keeping your feet flat on the ground, squat down and try to "hop" like you were playing leap frog but say on your finger tips.

    We also have a hangboard at our school like rock climbers use which seems to be pretty helpful.

      Take a sheet of newspaper in each hand and roll them into the smallest balls possible without using the other hand to assist. Squeeze 20 - 30 times and then start again with fresh sheets.
