Problems with MMAGEAR.COM.... grrrrrr

Hi,

I have ordered fight shirts for around 100 US dollars
around 13 days ago on WWW.MMAGEAR.COM

I have been charged 2 days after having ordered.
I have received an email saying my goods will be shipped in the 2 days coming...

Then NOTHING (in 10 days....). Total silence from them....


I have sent emails ( sales@mmagear.com ; mmagear@hotmail.com) ... no news....

I have tried to contact the online customer service.... operators are never online....

I have tried to call them (00 55 21 2437-2082) ....it is always (but really always) busy.....

I have tried to fax them (00 55 21 2437-1157) ....number does not function....



So I would like to share experience with some of you that have had problems with this site....

Should I:
1/ Continue to send daily emails and try continue to call them
2/ Contact the credit card company and cancel the payment
3/ ....or any others solutions ????

Me and some other people on this board have had troubles with mmagear.com, the site usually doesn't answer emails and the shipment usually takes around 3-4 weeks to reach it's destination, but it will eventually come. You've just got to have a lat of patience when dealing with them.

I ordered some stuff 6 weeks ago and it just arived on Friday.
I had the same problems - they never respond to emails etc. Other guys I train with have ordered and had no problems, but I won't be going near them again!

How long does it normally take for international shippment from Fairtex.com?
I order some wraps etc on December 13th and it hasn't arrived yet.

I've emailed just waiting on a reply.
