  • Tournament Assistance Needed

I am about to be in a tournament next week and I have done a little scouting and learned that there will be a couple of people I will face in the absolute division that are fat, one is short with a stumpy build about 5'10 360lbs, the other is about 6' 320lbs. I am about 6' 200lbs and I wanted to get some suggestion's on what kind of approach I should go with on these guy's when I get to the absolute division and have to face them?
I'm not much on trying to outscore opponet's, I am more of a submission grappler. I'm ready for all suggestion's. If someone on this thread say's I should initiate the takedown elaborate on some idea's to set it up. These (fat) guy's I am referring to know that I am quick but I just don't want them sprawling over me and just dropping all that weight on me and just laying there until time run's out.
    I appreciate everyone's help.

After loosing to my teammate in the first fight (for being not agressive enough and of course been outdone by experience) in my weight category, I decided to give it a try to the open category since I paid the fees for entering our open BJJ tournament.
So in my second fight, I fought a much more heavier opponent (a bit fat) and rather to play my natural game of surviving the pressure, I decided to go offensive: that was a mistake.
Now I think about this second loss, I should not have been too aggressive as the guy got tired quickly and I should let him tire himself by attacking.
His game was not as technical as I expected and i should have won if I had the nerves to be more defensives and wait for a good opportunity.
To conclude, my advise is go as conservative as possible and let them come to you since you consider yourselves quicker and let them get tired.
A big guy sprawling on you is BIG problem, let them try to take you down first.
