How long had you been training?

If it's any consolation, I did get waxed at a bar one time.... I believe I shared this with the forum when I first joined and everyone poked fun at me for about a month. But it happens.

With your background listed on your biography I have to ask you how long you had been training when you got "waxed", and if you were drunk when it happened? What's the story there?

Well since ATM i have no Martial Arts experiance mine I cant explain the names of moves or anything hah hah but I spend alot of time fighting on the street (parents aint around much) A kid gave me a racial insult, which angered me alot so i walked up to him and I thought i was gunna get killed but he tried to punch me in the face but was a useless try and missed by a mile, I then dove into his chest and got him onto the ground where I punched the living crap outta him, the next day i found out he did TKD for 3 years and then that pretty much ruined TKD reputation in my eyes.

I have been in only one fight. I think it has something to do with my size (185/105, and i do quite much weightlifting).

It happened when i was walking with my friend, and one immigrant asked our wallets (he had a knife). I lift my hand like i would punch, and then i kicked him to groin. Then we run away as fast as we could. My MA history is about 10 years.

Of course fighting is always last choice, but that situation was quite dangerous.

Maybe he just sucked at TKD. I know pple that have played basketball for 100 years and they still suck. Just because u beat up a TKD guy doesnt mena your gonna beat up every TKD guy u ever meet does it? BTW, i quit TKD a few years ago.

Maybe they were really good at basketball at one point in time but now that they're over 100 years old they've lost their edge?

Well I have had a few experiences that come to mind but, one that sticks out like a sore thumb. Since I am powerlifter/was a powerlifter. (only lift to stay in shape) I tend to get alot of crap from guys thinking that I am slow....hence I am 5'9/247lbs; but I have been told that my appearance can be intimidating. I was hanging out a local spot and this guy that i had seen around a few times starts the usual "tough guy" sh*t talking. Well, he decides that he wants to call me out due to the fact that he doesn't like a buddy of mine. Saying that he was going to send him a message by way of me!!! Now I'm a peaceful giant, so i tell him to drop the act and calm down. (did I mention that this guy was about 6'1/ 300ish lbs...lol) Well he swung first, and I weaved and countered with a hard overhand right. Fight over!!! He went thundering down to the ground, I was like WOW!!!!

Till this day that guy will not speak of that incident....I even hear his buddies tease him about it.

when i was 13, i walked up to some kid who wanted to fight me and landed the most perfect tkd style spin back kick into some kids chest. it knocked the wind out of him, he was on the ground so long i thought i was gonna get in big trouble, but it he ended up being ok. i just walked up to him and did it, he never expected that i guess. it was picture perfect. and all the other people in my class thought it was the greatest thing ever. i had been in training at Ernie Reyes Westcoast Karate, a pretty hardcore mcdojo at the time. i was there only for 2 years, and quit cause they kept wanting me to pay more and more money and upgrade my account with them. it made me not like martial arts, until i got back into it at 19. im 21 now. this guy i know used to train at ernie reyes, and he had to pay so much money that he couldnt afford to take his blackbelt test, so he quit. i feel bad cause alot of people do not realize they are training at a mcdojo.
