What did you think about LINES?

      • If it was 1 on 1, then BJJ.
If it was against multiple attackers, running. Though if i HAD to fight multiple attackers, then Muay Thai for freaking sure.
BTW, nothing is good against multiple attackers. People arent like Jet Li where they start running on walls, doing 13 foot flying kicks on each opponent. One can just come behind you, the other infront of you, and they can both attack at the same time...You'll be surprised over how effective BJJ/Ground Grappling works, your opponent wont have a clue what your doing, let alone know what to do on the ground.Try it, look at how Royce left everyone clueless in the early UFC's, people had no clue what he was doing.

DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHO THAT FIGHTER IS?!!!!!

Jesus, man, that's the head of the TBA, Adjarn Chai. That man is faster than anybody I've EVER seen. Seriously....the man moves like you wouldn't believe, and he's extremely strong, even though he's an older guy. (every time I see him at a seminar, he kicks the crap out of people who don't cover when he's holding pads...good, quick fighters too. The man is like lightening, if there's an opening...he'll smack you upside your head like you wouldn't believe.) On top of that, he's a class act, the man is a prankster, and is a genuinely cool, nice, and generous, caring guy. Really awesome. I have nothing but respect for that man!
Same with Guro Dan...man, those two are insanely cool to watch in action.

You might think that and you might believe it to be true but this is YOUR OPINION...

I know it might be DIFFICULT to wrap your tiny little brain around this GREAT BIG IDEA but have you read the "KNIFE FIGHT" thread down in the Philipino arts forum?

I get so tired of reading that multiples are impossible it makes me want to PUKE!! You got problems as big as three or four guys trying to rip your head off you need to make them bleed.

What the heck is with all this VICTIM mindset? Oh man "Nothing is good against multiple attackers" What a load of crap! Have you ever CUT ANYTHING? Ever POKE your knife into ANYTHING? Oh, you don't play with knives? Mommy tell you it was too DANGEROUS? She was right.

              • Im talking about an "unarmed combat". Where there is a guy supposudly grabbing you by your shirt and asking for your money, or some guy who starts a fight with you for a unneccesary reason.

                • You were talking about running away from multiple attackers because "nothing is good against multiple attackers"... You better stick with your "plan"

                  I'll STICK to mine...

                  • Well nothing IS good against multiple attackers. Unarmed Combat was what i was talking about. If there were 7 guys waiting to attack you, you wouldnt stand a chance.

                        Almost nothing!
Unarmed combat is a ridiculous Oxymoron...

I am rarely unarmed unlike many victims of violent crime. This thread is about the "best streetfighting style" Like you do it for fun, right? With gentleman's rules and no foul tactics, right? Get REAL!
If 7 guys attacked me some of them will bleed! THEY wouldn't have a chance! Waiting to attack is not the same as attacking, is it?
Go read the knife fight thread and then come tell me again how Nothing is good against multiple attackers!

Or just stay in your own little box and try to make others think the way you do. Pathetic victim mindset...you make me ill.

I don't give a crap what you think...

                          • Being always armed is good; at least have something. I like to carry a Spyderco Endura; I used to own a Spyderco Civilian, it had a really nasty razor sharp Talon, that would leave some equally nasty lacerations on scumbags who deserve it.

                              • Likewise; I would like to get a butterfly knife from Coldsteel, but alas they don't sell it in California, I'd have to go to Texas..
