I also gotta say dude walk into GNC and they'll load you up with vitamins and zyence or w/e the f it is. You'll be good ta go. I gotta say when I was training 15-20 hours a week for gymnastics a normal ass multivitamin everyday.

stay away from soy. Too much estrogen in it.
the rest all depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

i currently work at GNC...and trust me, most of the people i work with or have worked with have no clue about sport nutrition.

xyience actually does have a few good supplements, if only their ads werent so corny...

"chuck liddell became the ufc champion...right after he started taking xyience...nox-cg3 makes me feel the pump for hours"

        whatever!

the nox-cg3 and xngf are the only ones i would mess with...they are way over priced though

Cheers for the replies - sounds like some real complex stuff going on with all the supplements; maybe you're all a bit hardcore than me at the mo (only a beginner)!

it isnt too bad, i get 30% off and end up making about 10 bucks an hour w/ commision.

id say 1/10 of the store is laxitives...at least 1/2 of the store is sports supplements.

they try to tech the employees the basics, but most people dont understand that you shouldnt always follow the directions on the bottle.

last time I was in GNC the person told me if it was water soluable it was safe to take as much as you want and that there was nothing dangerous in the store.

So I asked her about zinc. She said "yeah since it's natural you can take as much as you want it's safe." I guess brain damage isn't that important after all.

Too bad you actually have to injure yourself before you can sue for gross negligence.

                  When?
How did you like GNC the person told me if it was water soluable it was safe to take as much as you want and that there was nothing dangerous in the store?Take it easy. I'm sure she would like to hear about that.Which one? Interesting
rationalization. GNC the person told me if it was water soluable it was safe to take as much as you want and that there was nothing dangerous in the store is natural you can take as much as you want it is safe?
natural you can take as much as you want it is safe is?I know Brain the bot pretty well.I don't have to do whatever you say. I have my own free will.
