      depends on the training really!
I would be lucky to train BJJ 3 times a week.
Even during my annual leave, I could not even attend 6 days a week.
      My body is old now.
I can remenber the days when I was a young buck playing street ball and lifting weight every night with a case of beer to put me to sleep.
      Never mind, enjoy your youth!

          So when do you:

          work?
          eat?
spend time with your friends/BF/husband/kids (if any)?
          pay bills?
          etc?

I'm not being a smartass, I want to know your secret!!!

            Standup 2 days a week.

when I was younger it was 5 days a week standup usually for about 4 hours and tournaments every other weekend. lots of driving for training and tournaments

It's been almost 3 months since I last worked out, but when I was working out it was about 5 or 6 times a week.... And that all counts BJJ, kickboxing, etc....

Ahoym8e, I work from home, and to a certain extent I can set my own hours, so if things are going slow for a while, I'll jump in my car, drive to a park and go for a run, or walk down to the pool and swim some laps.

I eat at normal times, and also cook for my flatmates a lot of the time.

I spend time with my friends on nights when there's no BJJ class! HAHA! Also, a lot of my friends do martial arts too, so I spend time with them while I'm training LOL. I don't have a husband, but the guy I'm seeing gets enough of my time time

I pay bills on the Internet, so usually in the middle of the night!

Wow! That's a lot. My question would be, why? Besides the I love to do it, why would you do that? Are you going to be fighting soon? The reason I ask this is because I've seen many people train with all they got, but no goal in mind. What is your goal? What art do you practice?
