    Jiu-jitsu is a gentle art... The local BJJ club (academy) has some wrestlers from the university (Humboldt State). Nothing to brag about but they play the game. It's all good.

        I don't if anyone has heard of it but a great no gi system to train in is Erik Paulson's Combat Submission Wrestling its pretty cool stuff. Its a pretty interesting system. he has a bunch of clips on his website. www.erikpaulson.com

          lol BJJ'ers dont snap your limbs, you tap out before that happens.

          With wrestling its the same, their are just rules against it.

          No creating torsion of the neck/spine to break someones neck.

          No spiking people on their head.

          Things like that are a bit more dangerous than a broken arm.

          Im not saying one is better than the other, but they can both **** you up.
