Ow my legs hurt... , yeah thats the opening line.. and we did grappling today.. im not looking forward to the kickboxing or mma, actually I am... oh yeah.
Its fucking awesome these guys kicked the shit out of me in so many ways... I didnt even get to face the best BJJ guy they had there.... (brown, 13 years of training BJJ , training hard to).
I cant wait to have him give me the beat down, should be a good learning experience.
From what I can tell its the best MMA school I've got around here, this guy's fought people from Tito Ortiz's team.... hes tapped out that chris leben guy from the ultimate fighter while training with the Couture camp, smacked around Nate Quarry a bit.....
Only problem is he fights at 170....
wouldnt want to meet him in the UFC one day... (yeah right, although thats the goal)

on a side note, my Krav Maga teacher, they know who he is, and he has his Krav Maga credentials, but laughed when I told them he told me he was a purple.... this worries me lol... although he can kick the crap out of me... but after today... I feel like anyone can lol....
