i know this guy who uses the martial arts angle to try to pick up on chicks all the time. its so weaksauce. i think its really wrong. having to see that shit just makes me not want to ever tell anyone i train cause i dont wanna be like that douche ever. ive seen alot of this shit lately. another example is i saw this fat overweight asian kid wearing a ufc shirt and a tapout hat at my work and i asked him if he trained. he said he competed in amature mma all the time. in reality, he was just some kid who wished he could be in mma, but all he knew was some karate he did back when he was 11 or some shit. he just wanted to look tough or cool or whatever and didnt even train.

I see people like this all the time every day at the mall! I went to a fight club in my city that is all about MMA people training to fight in the rings and there was a kid with guaged ears and he would never fight every time I was there and just watch. Next thing I know he has a T shirt on that represents the fight club. Soooo lame!

What is that picture in peoples signature where it says "Mass murderers agree gun control works" suppossed to mean? It doesnt make sense. GW Bush isnt about gun control he is the opposite.

In that case, I guess it's BoarSpear's little passive agressive way to include a President that let the Brady Bill die, and who's been a strong supporter of gun rights, hunting, etc., in a list of true despots. Well, from a girls' perspective...

I met my boyfriend at BJJ. We've trained together for over 3 years.

I've seriously dated one of my old instructors, and not-so-seriously dated a couple of BJJ guys and one karate guys... This over the space of many, many years, so it hasn't really been a series of martial artist flings or anything...

Anyway, the ratios work for me! I'm the only girl in my club... When I went on my first Gracie cruise, there was like one woman for every 50 men, so my dad was SURE I was gonna find a husband there LOL!
