    Worked out pretty hard tonight for the first time in a while and wow I can honestly say I really sucked on the mat. Too much strength, out of shape, poor technique etc etc. Sometimes a couple weeks off feels like forever. Anyway a couple more hours on the mat this week should help. Man did I ever suck.

      Sometimes it's good to get a break and sometimes it's not.
      I have gotten to the point that I was tired and run down.So a week off was good and I came back with new vigor.Butthen I spent the whole week going over new moves in my mind,so I was eager to get back and try them.
