The tournament will feature an amateur Gi and No Gi competition. Winners in the No Gi competition will qualify for the A2006 Arnold Schwarzenegger Gracie Worlds Professional No Gi competion.
Our sponsors this year are "Biz" Combat Sports International, GLC, Casca Grossa and Gracie Brothers! Special awards and presentations will be made for all competitors who place 1st, 2nd and 3rd in their respective divisions. Belts will be awarded to No Gi competitors.
Randy Bloom and Joe Moreira are this years guest ring captains and will be dealing with all competitor relations at the event!
Tournament Location: Greater Columbus Convention Center- Terrace Ballroom 400 N. High St. Columbus, Ohio 43215
Weigh-in Location: Weigh-In(s)-Friday, October the 14th 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Conducted at the Convention Center- "D" section meeting rooms-Located off the main concourse floor
Tournament Times: Doors open at 9:00 a.m. Gi competition 9:30 a.m. No Gi competition 4:30 p.m.
Competitor Reporting times: All competitors will report directly to the warm-up area and will be assigned their respective rings by the ring captain-Specific reporting times for each belt rank and weight class will be posted soon
