  • A Good Book!

I have been reading whatever can get my hands on as far as legit martial arts material. I prefer books dealing with technique but i end up learning allot of history which gets mixed in, this is a good thing sometimes i dont mind it.

now im looking for a nice book on grappling, with some emphasis on takedowns. does anyone know of a legit and comprehensive book of this nature?

    thanks

Royler's submission grappling book is one of my favourites.
