    I watched that clip. It epitomizes what I meant about all icing and no cake. The locks look cool...on someone who lunges forward like a one armed man with no depth perception. It might be useful to know some of the wrist locks the instructor used if you are already a decent grappler, but I wouldn't bet on someone with a thousand pre-set sequences like his against the average varsity high school wrestler.

      I would, theres a lot of techniques there i recognise from KSW and i know their effectiveness.

        Yeah yeah we know...Bjj and highnschool wrestling are superior...

        for the record, Mike is one hell of striker...he also is a rather accomplished Shuai Chaio teacher...oh yeah he also studied some bjj...why dont you post a clip of you showing us how it should be done covaliufan?
