Well, I think I did not too badly all things considered.

If I recall correctly, there was a time back in '91 when I was NCAA Div.1 New England Champion for my particular weight class. My national ranking was 14 the following year, I believe.

Nothing to shake the pillars of the world, but enough to get me a few free drinks for a couple of weeks.

Why thank you kind sir.To make a long story short i have trained many arts through my little career here which is about 11 years.Ive studied:a little bit of judo...sambo..savate...shooto...catch wrestling....battlefield kali. The main arts i study now are boxing(5 years just bout) muay thai(2 years) bjj(3 years/blue belt)freestyle wrestling/greco (jr.high and high school record of 52-5) and yea ive won a few boxing and thai matchs and im undefeated in bjj at like 13-0...i think that about covers it.

                That's a damn fine background!

How did you find the bjj at first? Was it hard to transition?

Boxing is a really 'real' art in my book!

I found bjj by watching the ufc....then when i moved i noticed i could take the trip up to matt serra's gym so i trained under him for awhile. After that i trained under rodrigo gracie and got my blue under him.The transition was really easy because i already had half the game and all i hadda do was add a few positions and learn subs and i was there before you know it.Thank bro for the comp .
