New format for my MMA shpow

To make my MMA 32 man touranment more intearesting I have considering allowing weapons.

This is how it works.

1/ If you are not a martial artist you are allowed a baseball bat to foght against an unarmed experienced fighter. This shgould even things up a bit.


2/If you are both a maedtrial artisat you can both use weapons of your choice. So we might have Escrima sticks vs Nan Chukkers or Samuari Sword vs those things the farmers used that got turned into MA wepons.

3/This tournament is open to both men and women all wwights, all aGES.

So far iv onbly got one serous entrant. Im sure that when peeple hear about it they will join.
I wont be entering because I have too much on my plate as the promotor of the event.

is this an open wait tourney? If not, sign me up for lightwait. Think I can drop 25lbs. in a week?

Anyone have any good exersizess that I can do from my desk? I guess i mostly need to spot reduce and tone so I guess I'll do a bunch of situps and crunches. Think if I do like 1000 a day I can lose 25lbs. this week?
