BJJ in Elk Grove or South Sac?

hey there gents and ladies...new to this thing, so bare with me. just wanted to know if anyone knows of any high quality BJJ or MMA training academies in the Elk Grove and/or South Sacramento area. i'm relocating the family out that way in june 2006. i want to continue my BJJ training and expose my children more to the stuff, so the academy has to be FAMILY orientated with minimal inflated egos, and testosterone spiked maulers and most of all free of short fused kids' instuctors. if there's such a thing or a place...please someone let me know.
