check out this demo video i found on google video. the guy training mt on the thai pads in the begining sucks but the next part were the show the sport jiu jitsu guys sparring is dope. look at how savage some of those throws are.

Thought the fighting at the start was pretty good... the throws and whatnot, and some of the other throws were really nice too, but in the BJJand No gi grappling... didnt it look like they were letting each other do the moves?

Capoeria was pretty cool too...

If anything this has re affirmed by belief that I need to start taking more Judo.

Yeah, It seemed as though they were just putting on an exihibition for the advertisement. Even with the Sport Ju-Jitsu the strikes and takedowns dont come that easy, being that I compete in those. But this was a very good video and I am impressed by it. If I lived near there, I would sign up. Looks like they offer a variety of different styles in a good training center.
