I have decided to begin bag train once more, the bags i have had in the past have been naff, what bags you use and recommend?

If you have some cash get a muay thai banana bag.If you get it from combat sports international its about $130.

I'd tell you to get a muay thai banana bag if you want to hang something.. If you want one with a base get a wavemaster xxL, its quite expensive though.
