I'm finding that I have an issue after a full class of grappling. I'm fine during class. (except being winded and out of shape ) And I make sure that I'm trying to relax and breathe properly when doing the techniques.
But after class as I drive home I tend to get headaches. Maybe that's not describing it right. Its like pressure in my head that's "settling". That's the best way I can describe it.
I don't think its just from being tired, as I can do a kickboxing class and be winded as hell and this doesn't happen.
Has anyone else encountered this? I THINK its getting better, but it still happens after every class, and for some reason its only when I get in my car. If I stay after class and relax for a few minutes, I'm fine. But once I get in and start driving it starts to happen.
Will it just go away over time? I'm not new to martial arts, but I'm fairly new to grappling, at least as much grappling as I've been doing lately.
