the best fit for a big guy i wear 45-50 size
the style and where to get it

Addidas makes a special cup for martial artist. It is great. Look in century martial arts supply or the black belt products issue or do a "google search"

i have never used one mate, i think its better not to, the odd sly hit in the gonads can be good to help build the pain threshold!!
