Royce does a great seminar & is a super nice guy on top of it.
Anyone who is interested in NHB should train with him at least once-there is a lot to be learned from him.After all he has been in the Octagon,put it all on the line & he is the sports 1st legend.

In my eyes Royce is still one of the best. He showed his amazing skills in the first couple UFCs. Since then they now have wieght classes. The man proved his skills were outstanding in UFC 4 when he beat the Beast a wrestler who outwieghed him by 80 pounds.
