Went to a Pat Militech seminar today...

It was great! If anyone ever gets a chance to train with Pat I highly recommend it. He taught a lot of great techniques and training methods. Very friendly and helpful to all the participants.

From what I gather he is the best in the buisiness. Hes got a logical and thought out approach to the world of sport fighting, and his guys show it.

It was for mma.

He taught some basic boxing emphasizing angling and footwork. Showed some clinch range, takedowns, submissions, how to set up certain submissions, escapes and counters, some good guillotine defense, how to pin and hit from side control (like Matt did to Royce), strategy tips, etc....
