How would an openly gay mma fighter be recived

Ricco Rodregiz is aparently gay but he was not out when fighting to my knowlegd and emil griiffth was gay but not out either so how would he be recive by other fights fans etc. what if his boyfriend was in the audience cheering him on etc.
Btw remeber when tito was in japan and came down to the ring and gave flowers too and kissed sakaraba on the mouth what the heck was that about and sakarabas like it too kinda wierd

What the hell are you talking about? Ricco Rodriguez is not Gay. Tito and the Sakuraba incident happened when they were trying to set up a fight between the two. The flowers were a traditional sign of respect and the kiss was an attempt at getting inside Sakuraba's head.

depends on the viewer, if he is an insecure bigot or not. i dont think most normal people would care.

there is a gay kickboxer in my gym who is pretty good, and people see him for his skill not his sexual orientation.

martial arts are a great way for gay people to defend themselves from bigots.

1. Ricco Rodriguez is not gay. The man was trying his best to hook up on Elimidate. This is a rumor that probably got started on another forum and has found its way over here.

2. One's sexual preference has nothing to do with their fighting ability. Case example: the muay-thai fighter who was openly gay and had a sex change. He could still KTFO of his opponents. The only concern is if fighting spilled diseased blood, but other than that if the man is gay, let him fight.

3. Homosexuality is a sin in the Bible while becoming more socially acceptable. This doesn't mean we are to go out and be mean or cruel to them - Golden rule, folks. Verbally or physically assaulting them is also a sin in God's eyes, is against the law and is so high-profile, it is guaranteed to earn a higher prison sentence.

not everyone lives their life according to the bible tom. in fact i think christians only make up like what, 20-30 percent of earths population? so please, worry about yourself and dont tell other people what is right and wrong based on your personal interpretation of a book that is known to have been edited many times by different people during time, with their own agendas and its contents have also been hand selected by officials with their own beliefs and agendas who disrcarded entire books and portions they didnt feel were in line with their beliefs.

i find it funny how the gospel of thomas, which portrays jesus christ as telling his felllow apostles to "find their own way to Him" was discarded by church officials.
