  • Training with an injury?

    In October I tore my hamstring and since then every time I think it has healed I pull the damn thing. Does anybody have any conditioning ideas? Running hurts biking does not but it won't get my heart going like I want. I am used to high intensity interval training and because I cannot run I fear that I'll lose my wind.HELP............

    Sounds to me like you need to force yourself to lay off till it heals. Trust me, I know this is the hardest thing in the world to do. But sometimes it's necessary.
