For me the hardest part about doing jujitsu at 50 is the ukeing. Taking all those falls or being someone's crash dummy takes it's toll. I much prefer the Tori role. LOL

25 is old. No man over 40 has any business in a competitive athletic event (just kidding of course!).
I've heard from 50-something triathletes at the top of their game, 40-something master chiefs who can outdo 20 year olds in the O-course and of course, Jack Lallane - whom at 93 who is more fit than many 18 year olds.
