Is Elite XC affiliated with the UFC? I noticed that Elite XC had Mickeys, Burger King, and Rockstar as sponsors. I know Mickeys has been a UFC sponsor and I'm pretty sure I've seen Burger King on TUF.
It seems weird that the UFC would ink a deal where their sponsors are allowed to advertise with their competition as well...?

I think MMA benefits by having the occasional "Less Technical Giant" in the ring - Tank Abbot and the like.
I love to watch a technical game. But I like the wild cards too.

EXC put on a few good shows but there last show on CBS, the one that counted the most, was terrible. It got a 6.5 million tv rating or something but that mustve gave only the wrong impression of MMA.
UFC (including WEC), to my suprise, is starting to present the fighters and fights alot more like PRIDE did with the professionalism and art.
