                  "Pin or Submission for the win".-Commentator. Missed that the first time.

                  Being fair to Trigg thou,guillotine chokes are something (at that time) he wouldnt have been familiar with.
                  But snapdowns to the back of the head?(Which lead to exposed neck) I think he would have been familiar with that.

                  Question to the freestyle wrestlers,How much holding,touching,grabbing to the neck is allowed according to the rules?

                    A front headlock is perfectly legal, you just need to have an arm as well as the head. That guy wasn't even trying to escape; he was just waiting to go to sleep.
