  • Ian Freeman vs Tank Abbott

I'd love to see this fight take place between such great strikers.
I think Ian would take Tank out pretty fast.

    What do you all think?

    Cheers

      Whats up Stef?

You over here getting your fix to.

      I'm hurting for certain.

The UG is a big old pain in my @ss.

I think Ian and Tank would be sweet but I'd rather see Bobby Hoffman and Tank going at it.

I don't believe Tank to be a martial artist even in the slightest sense. He shows a great amount of disrespect towards other fighters and has terrible form. Nothing more than a street brawler. His kind will never truly win.

What has respect got to do with the price of tea in China? Respect & MA are orthogonal. If you're into mystical BS and your fave movie is the Karate Kid, then maybe. The fact is Tank is a big strong guy with bad stamina, yet he managed to kick the crap out of several high ranking paper tiger black belts.

Hey TracyKarate, how does it feel to know that Tank could walk into your Dojo and kick your Sense's ass in under 60 seconds?

I respect results. I have no respect for some self-promoted 6th degree black belt who teaches at the mall and has never been in a real fight.

"sabrutat" is an imp of me on here, Mule. Don't get sucked in. Ask me on the OG to find out who's who.

            Cheers

Tank has trained in boxing and wrestling which (despite propaganda churned out by weaklings who would have you believe that the only 'true' martial arts were developed by miniscule okinawans thousands of years ago) are martial arts. Having trained in martial arts , that makes him a 'martial artist'. Respect and form have little to do with martial arts unless you beleive that your 'master' can kill people with one touch and you learn nice little dances so you can earn pretty little meaningless belts. As for his kind never 'truly' winning, i would say that when you lie bleeding and unconscious in the gutter and he's out enjoying a victory beer with his friends that you 'truly' lost and he 'truly' won.

LOL sabrutat2. If you're going to imp sabrutat (or sabrutat1 as he's known here) at least get your grammar straight. He's a pretty smart guy for an alcohalic British roofer.

                        Don't be fooled

I have met the real Sabrutat, he came in with his daughter inquiring about classes. It is Sabrutat1 that's the imposter, that I know for sure.
