Cheesy is fine. He never complains. Here's an interview with Bubba:
Bubbamaker: Bubba, you take a lot of punishment. Do you ever get tired of the beatings?
Bubba:
Bubbamaker: We understand Royce uses you to trick people at the Gracie academy. He scares them to death. Do you enjoy this?
Bubba:
Bubbamaker: You seem to be a man of few words. Is there anything else you'd like to say to the forum?
Bubba:
Bubbamaker: There you have it. Bubba, thanks for the interview.

I have a comment after watching Tito fight (and I'm putting this on the other Bubba thread, too). If you want to practice Ground and Pound without killing someone, use Bubba. You can tie his ankles together with a belt for a tight guard, and you can climb right through and practice realistically without damaging your buddies. You can also interlock his fingers to make it more difficult to get to his face. Time the rounds like you would working out on a heavy bag, and wear gloves if you compete using gloves. This is a very effective and tiring workout, and I can't think of a better way to improve your aim and power.

bm,
What happened to Babba's picture? I'm seeing a message in its place from Photopoint saying only paying members can post pictures from other sites. Is that a message from this forum or your site?

I'm seriously considering investing in a BJJ dummy since I don't always have the time to make it to class.
A few questions:
a) how do i order?
b) what's the warranty like?
c) Is bubba more than a limp dummy? Will he kneel in guard, or put on leg up in guard? will he wrap the legs tightly when placing me in guard. Will he offer resistance to pulling/pushing movements? Etc in other words is he more than just a limp dummy, and moreso a real simulated BJJ training partner.
d) is his belt stretchable. Can you pull it and move it across him or is it attached or glued onto him?
I find the most challenging part of BJJ is making the time to drill. We don't get enough of it in class time, and during rolling, well thats no time to learn anything that's a time to test your skills. So the obvious answer is a great BJJ dummy.
I'm very seriously interested and would like more info. I can be contacted here or at adrian.dsouza@sympatico.ca
