Switch hands every once in a while. And use lots of lubrication.

Funny you should mention this. I trained hard this weekend and I'm currently counting the little bruises lined up on my inner forearm. Icy Hot works pretty well for the immediate pain on the skin, but doesn't so much good for the soreness within.

soreness within = 2 aleve right after training! works like a charm...

oh yeah, and switching hands helps too. nothing worse than having one forearm bigger than the other.

I have been using IcyHot and it does somewhat good. Is there anything else I should do?

BTW,I also switched hands as you suggested. Now I'm starting to go blind. What's up with that?

Wise man says: "Don't point it in your face; point it in her face" hope that helps.

Often when I am sore, usually 5 rounds or so of shadowboxing really warmup everything and makes everything better. I feel looser and the soreness disapears.
