  • So who's good and who's bad?

As you can all tell from the debate that's been going on here for the last week it can be really hard to tell. But there is a lot of BS being spread around here, especially by Qkfx and flyingclockchoke. I encourage all of you to research these issues if you want to know more. Given what just happened you should want to. And don't just go to a bunch of questionable websites for your info.

I'll give you one story I read in the book "Questionable People, Strange Places" by John Simpson. He's a BBC reporter who witnessed this first hand and is definitely not pro-Israel. It shows how confusing things can be.

Some of you know about the massacre of Paletinians refugees by Lebanese Christian militias. When this happened the militias were allies of Israel. Simpson was there when is started and said it was one of the most horrifying things he's seen. And this guy is a war correspondent. He described seeing severed body parts, including a penis, lying in the streets. He and his crew helped a woman who had a cross carved organ deep into her chest and abdomen. He said the look of horror he saw in the eyes of the fleeing refugees was like nothing he'd encountered.

Eventually they came across Israeli soldiers who were hearding the Palestinians into a stadium. He automatically assumed they were responsible and that they were about to commit mass murder in the stadium. It turned out the Israeli military was saving them from allies that turned out to be monsters.

First of all genius I haven't spread any B.S. Simply the Christian and conservative side of the argument. If you don't agree that's fine but it doesn't make it B.S.. Flying clock choke has spread the leftist and Arab rhetoric about the evils of the U.S. and Israel.
Those who are afraid to think things through and make a decision on who is right and who is wrong are pathetic. When sitting the fence and not being able to decide between right and wrong has become an admirable quality in America then our days are numbered.

First of all I am a conservative Christian. That doesn't mean I support the Zionist or decide right and wrong without first knowing something about the issues. You are spreading false information. Like your "facts" about Shi'ites in Iraq and Iran. I do have opinions about what's right and what's wrong.

It was wrong for Christian Europe and the Muslim world to treat the Jews so badly that they needed to leave places they had lived for centuries.

It was right for the Jews to have a country of their own in the Holy Land.

It was wrong for Jordan to confiscate Palestinian land.

It's wrong for the West and the Arab world to continue to allow Paletinian refugees to suffer in squalid camps.

It's wrong for Muslims to commit acts of terror aimed at killing civilians to further their cause.

It's wrong for other Arabs to use the Palestinians for their own political purposes.

It's wrong for Israel to continue to expand into territory that is not theirs.

It's wrong for Israel to confiscate Palestinian homes and give them to Jewish settlers.

It's wrong for Israel to restrict the rights of non-Jews.

It's wrong for Israel to force my Palestinian Christian brothers from their homes.

It's wrong for Muslims countries to persecute Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, Zoroastrians, Muslims of other sects, Khurds, and any other minority religious or ethnic groups that live among them.

It's wrong for Israel to use excessive force against stone throwing teenagers.

It's wrong for the CIA to keep funding groups that end up being a terror on their own people and the world.

It's wrong for US citizens to send money to support terorrist organizations or illegal Jewish settlement on Palestinian lands.

It was wrong to attack the WTC (I lost a friend I've known since I was 14) and the Pentagon.

It's right for us to bring the perpetrators to justice.

It's right for us to declare war on international terrorism (and domestic while we're at it).

      I'll end the list there.

          ok

ok I thought my source was good. But to me B.S. means spreading lies on purpose to back your position. My point wasn't to spread false info but just to let people know that the majority of Muslims are not the extreme militants. And overall that number is only about 10%.
