If you want a GREAT set of bodyweight workouts, then check out SCRAPPER'S workouts. They're tough as hell and will definitely improve your conditioning all the way around.
PFSJKD - that is the same link I posted on page one, Scrappers body weight routine. It is Awesome, I wish I had it before I bought Furey's book. I have been doing it for a coupe of weeks, it is phenomenal. Furey's exercise routines are good and sound techniques, he's just a fruitcake. The Scrapper routine is the best and it's free!
I dropped about 10 lbs, my strength increased, but best of all my muscular endurance seems to have gotten much better. It also seems that I am having less pain in joints and ligaments. It is a ball buster, but I can do it at work over lunch or at home.
