Vaguely. I know he is disliked by alot of people but that doesn't mean his art is BS. Alot of boxers, kickboxers and BJJ fighters are also disliked/overrated but that doesn't mean their style sucks. Catch has alot of unorthodox attacks from within the guard - if some guys started learning it instead of just wrestling and BJJ, we might start to see more action.
