  • Inportance off a proper diet?

    Hi guy's,

About 6 months ago i started with a good diet, wich is hard to follow when you are in collage with fat eating fat people all around you.

I've got a shit lot ripped with the same amound of training.
big six pac and inches on my biceps.

My breakfast, concist off 2 pieces off fruit, 1 glas of milk, 1 cup off skim yogurt with zemelen (sp?)

between breakfast and lunch, 1 glas of milk, 2 slices of bread with skim stuff on it.

lunch, 2 glasses of fruit juice, 2 slices of bread skim stuff on it.
    1 cup off water.

    pre workout, bread.

Dinner, what ever my mommy cooks

What does youre diet consist off ?? and how hard is it for you to follow?? and how inportant is it for you?

you must be skinny as hell. i dont see how you add muscle when all you are eating is high GI carbs like bread, fruit, milk (mostly carb), yogurt(mostly carb), fruit juice.

what do you weigh? you must burn a lot of cal during training but if you say you're 6' 220lbs id say you're a genetic marvel.

I'm strictly on the "McDonald's" diet for the time being. Maybe that's my problem. I don't have the discipline to eat that little. Then again, I don't wear wooden shoes.

I find that I feel a lot better and have more energy when I cut out red meats and just stick to chicken, fish, and soy for protien. I try to cut down on my fats and such. But I must say my diet resembes Edro's with about 3500-4000 Kc (kilo calories) intake a day.

Correct me if I am wrong...

                But isn't a kilo-calorie equal to 1000 calories?

That would make your diet about 3,500,000-4,500,000 calories a day?

Dude, you must be eatin' at Popeye's Chicken.

I eat no breakfast ( no time )

i have a sandwhich for lunch, then i have a protein shake with bananas/strawberries 2 hours later, then i usually have chicken/steak or some kind of meat, then i have dinner which is usually meat, patatoes etc. I have school during the day so i cant eat every 3 hours, but when i get home i eat like a madman, even if im not hungry. i gained 30 lbs over the summer, and am kind of on a platuea right now, but it takes time i guess, not to mention lots of protein filled gas that makes me wanna puke

Actually a normal calorie is really small. When people talk about Calories in diets they are talking about kilo calories. They just say calories because they don't know the real unit of measurement. Thats right. I'm teaching school.

                        Idiot

                        Duchman,

It's obvious that your lying about your diet, you just wanted to mention that you do judo again. Also it's not right that you should come on here and talk about your body, that's just not right !
