After reading about that Sardinian cheeze with maggots, casu marzu, in Ober's resurected Bison thread I figured I'd ask you guys this question. If I'm ever in Italy I'm going out of my way to try that stuff. I'm always up for a challenge. Here's my list:
Japan: Raw chicken, raw liver, raw pig testicles, grasshoppers, live sashimi (the fish's tail was still moving), natto (rotten soy beans)
Laos: Fresh raw duck blood with roast duck meat, peanuts, and greens mixed in
Korea: Dog stew, steamed silk worms
Mongolia: Drank fermented horse milk (actualy don't think it's all that strange but a lot of other people seem to)
