Hi all. I was on before. Well, due to some instances, I did not continue w/ my workout before and I have started up again. Please review this and tell me what I should do for the best workout to lose weight and add "tone" to my muscles.
Diet:
Vegetarian diet.
Mainly consisting of salads with cold pasta, fat free sauce, tomatoes, and cheese. Also, eating vegetarian soup, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuits with honey, and strictly water. I'm thinking of starting to drink orange juice as well. Fruits eaten, are fruit salads, peaches, apples, and bananas.
Workout:
3-4 times a week.
Day1/3:
Jogging 1.5 miles.
Biceps
Stomach exercises
Chest
Lats
Day2/4:
Jogging 1.5 miles.
Triceps
Shoulders
Back
Stomach excercises
Does that sound good and optimal for losing weight? What would you recommend as the best exercises? I would like to incorporate the best way, so I'm not sure if the free weights are the best way or the weight machines. What is your opinion? What should I add/change/remove?
