Bjj Tapes?

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone can give me any suggestions on some good jits tapes. I'm looking for good material explained in an easy to follow manner and decent film quality. I'm mostly looking for no gi but gi is cool to. Thanks in advance.

Its not BJJ but it relates to grappling and/or instructional tapes. I woudn't recommend the Frank Shamrock set because it's really basic and if you don't know it by now....damn.
