Waiting for the day a new UFC fighter shows up and his style is listed as...... "Tae Bo"

Yeah Bri is right ...you can get a killer workout with a good bag routine AND develop some power...

But glad to see you've dropped 20 doin Tae Bo!
I hear the advanced tape is a killer workout...a friend of mine is a personal trainer and even he had a tough time keeping up at first!

      fight technique

the work out is to get me ready for the training,
i was a pretty good boxer as a teen, went to the silver gloves in 170 class in Warm springs Oregon. took american kempo from 1985 to 1987 & learned some good techniques, but it was just an outlet for an angry kid at the time. kept me off the streets at night. i understand the concept of being able to physically recieve from the instuctor v.s getting into shape & then recieving. so i thought i would save myself the money & get back to fighting weight & then see the BJJ school you talked about. yeah, tempe is about 65 miles from me more or less, i am in the booming metropolis of Buckeye so not a long drive compared to the drive to work or the store everyday, it's 30 miles to phoenix.
hey guys thanks for the input & if you think of anything that would help me in terms of workout routine & diet lemme know.
i work at night so i am always able to get messages within 24 hrs. thanks again one more thing, whats a good price for training... by the month.... session or whatever.
