Photos of the 2002 Texas BJJ Championships Now Up on TXMMA.com!
On June 1st, 2002, Carlos Machado hosted the 2002 Texas Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championships in Dallas, TX.
Many schools from all over Texas and the surrounding area competed in the all day tournament, the highlight of which was Machado's awarding of his first American Black Belts to Travis Lutter, William Vandry, Klay Pittman, and Tim Burrell.
We've got nearly 100 photos up from the tournament, the only place on the web with coverage and photos of the emotional belt ceremony as well. Check it out in our Photo Galleries at:
