Keiths is one of the old guys that was here when this forum was starting up. that's why he says old school.

At one time, Defend.net was THE premier martials arts forum on the Internet.
There were some problems, a lot of down time and most members went to other forums to hang out.

I wasn't here when the forum originally started out but came here a little later on and it was a rocking good time.
I've chatted with lots of great people and a few losers.

This place was really rockin' when the first UFCs came out ... and there was still a hot debate as to "what style" was best ...

Like when you first get laid ... or are on your honeymoon ... everyone was excited and kept coming back for more.

There were tons of eager folks, with extreme opinions, laying their beliefs on the line ... arguing vehemently ... but always there was a deep interest and anticipation of what would happen next ...

But, like even the best of sex, it got old after awhile ... so people went looking for it elsewhere ...

Yet, every now and then it looks like some of the original folks still stop by to say "Hello."

Don't know if any of the other folks (Masala, JG, Zhoozhitsu, etc.) still stop by ... or even the guys riding the whitewater (Darren, Ryu, etc.) ... but just thought I would
