    hi

i think a person needs train atleast 3 times a wekk for around 1 hour 30 mins at a time but spread the training sessions out like monday wednesday and friday, dont have them all together like mon, tues, wed because that will wear you out too much. rest inbetween the days you arent trianing

      this is what im thinking

tues from 7 to 8:30 train JKD with Paul Vunak guy

then Saturday Train with Inosanto guy
      jkd 1 hour
      Kali 1 hour
      savate/thai mix 1 hour
      grappling 1 hour

thats 1 1/2 hour tues and 4 hours sat

someone said the kali/grappling isnt enough time what do you think

for grappling that abount of time is enough because it would be very tirering so you dont want to do it for long periods because it will bore you and you will star to hate it.

so you think that ok 2x per week jkd and once for the kali/grappling/savatethai

a friend suggested a thai place and do thai /bjj combo 2 x per week and do th jkd once

The 4 hour Saturday session sounds pretty brutal/awesome!

When I was doing JKD in Vancouver I would do stand-up 2x a week and BJJ once per week. I really craved more.

In Singapore I only had a single Wing Chun class every week, but I would always meet my Sifu outside of class for informal training. Again, I craved more.

I guess the question should be: "Enough for what?"

You should train at least 3 times a week to reall become effective.

What is all this shite about how often in a week you train?

It doesn't matter! What matters is that when you do train you train like a motherfu**er, not a pansy, and get the most out of your time training!

Just train as often as is practical for you and don't stuff around!

I guess he means that quality is more important than quantity.... and I agree with him.

So youre answer would have been 20 times a day then?
