        Thanks dutch!

What happened in the Silva/Yvel fight? Illegal strikes?

Erickson LOST! Now maybe people will shut up about how a guy who fights like once every other year is the best Heavyweight in MMA. No offense to him.

He has great potential, but he needs to learn the game.

Hopefully we've seen the last of Takada.

        Shannon Ritch will be back!

I downloaded the clip of the fight and it looked as if Silva "accidentally" kicked Yvel's groin while attempting a round kick to the thigh....Yvel dropped to his knees and the fight was over....OUCH (kinda sux cuz I thought it was going to be war)

Sak x Shannon Ritch was quick....Ritch caught one of Sak's high kicks and took him down but Sak immediately got back to his feet and he did the same to Shannon except he finished the takedown with a quick achilles hold....like 20-30 seconds total....(Shannon looked nervous as hell)

also I heard (the UG) that Igor carried Takada through the 1st rd and then finished him quickly in the 2nd....he got mount and just started WHAILING away at Takada....Takada tapped like the disgrace he is....this guy id a f**king joke and quite frankly an INSULT to NHB

Well maybe where YOU come from "hiding outside people's houses, parking your car outside their windows, and sending annonymous letters printed in cut-outs" is considered "stalking"... but don't think your weird laws apply to here as well.

LOL, give me a break, Duch the entire tournament this time was Asian I wanted Igor to win too ya know!

By the way, don't people wear cups in pride? How did that cause so much trouble?

How long did Sak have to train for this one? The warm-up was tougher.

2 thoughts on the Silva-Yvel fight....

Here are 2 thoughts that came to mind when I read the results of the Vanderlei Silva fight:

                          1. Cup nothing! I wouldn't let Silva groin kick me if I
had a Thai Pad strapped to my groin! OUCH! LOL!

                          2. No way can anyone claim THAT was a work.. how much
money would it take for you to let Silva roundhouse you
                          in the "juevos"? YIKES!

it wasnt a work....Silva just was a little off with the kick....

                            sh*t happens...

Hmmm.... Erickson lost and against Herring of all people.

I saw Travis Fulton totaly dominate Herring in Extreme Challenge and alot of people have been very critical on Heath's skills so I wasnt expecting Heath to give Erickson a challenge at all even though it was known he was doing some training with Yvel in Holland.

Good for Herring in being able to improve his skills and getting the big win in Pride.
