    Distanced, read up on it!

    Hey Distanced,

I thought I'd chime in with my two cents.
If you are interested in taking steroids, read all you can about them and be well prepared.

For the record, I have NEVER done steroids so I can't give you advice from personal experience. (I don't even like Creatine). However, I have talked to a lot of guys in my gym who have done them and I have read different view points on them.

It comes down to two distinct and opposite view points: The Medical community which makes you believe they are almost worse than doing heroin and the bodybuilding community who claim the medical community over exaggerates their findings.........

Most of the guys in your gym won't admit to doing them unless you gain their trust. If you go to your doctor, he'll give you the standard "They are absolutely horrible answer."

One of the sites that has good info is Www.Mickhart.com
You could order his E-books online or subscribe to his newsletter at

I am not a sales person for this guy. All I am saying is that if you want to read the other [pro-steroid] viewpoint, this would be a good place to start.
Read his e-books (might cost you $40) but you'll be informed at least.

I don't think his stance is that you must take steroids, but if you want to learn about them, he'll tell you how it is and won't bullshit you.

Let me know what you think and if you decide to use them, I hope you won't over do it.

      Bro,

Exogenous (outside the body) testosterone injections TEMPORARILY suppress your endogenous (inside) testosterone production....this is why your balls temporarily shrink, if they do...now in virtually every case testosterone production will begin again after cessation of steroid use, faster or slower depends on multiple factors...

Sterility is very uncommon and usually only associated with excessive long term use...

Also, quick note, by 'catabolia' I assume you mean "catabolic," breakdown of tissue...or lean tissue as we are speaking of here....catabolia is not an english word...

Sorry fellas, safe use of steroids will only enhance you're performance in any athletic event. There are many different roids that can achieve different results. Over half the pro baseball players are using, and how many of them look overly bulked?? Very few, a game where bat speed and foot speed are of the upmost importance. I'm not promoting the use of them, but for you guys that compete, you would be pretty amazed at the results you would see. I no longer compete, but I did my first cycle while wrestling in college, and it was awesome.
You guys need to realize that you started bashing on superdave, and let loose with a buch of ignorant, childish, and just plain stupid remarks and uneducated observations, that a few of us from elite decided to check out the board, I plan on being a regular here, but only if I don't witness all the childish playground bull-@#$! How about everyone pretends to be big boys, and don't go knocking something they have no clue about, like roids. You don't like them, fine, keep your mouth shut, if you have any questions about them, feel free to ask, myself or one of my bro's will be happy to educate you.
