Wrong term - sorry.
Ober - the word I was looking for was KINESIOLOGY, not KINESICS. My apologies for the typo.
Since everyone is recording their best bench, here's mine.
In 1983/84 I was a "massive" 178lbs (ya, right), and my best bench was 352lbs with an Olympic bar. I could only do it once (with a little bounce off the chest), and tried many times to do it twice, but never could (only with the aid of a spot). I could do 315 3x. I attempted "a best" about 5 years ago, and could only manage 275 (I was off weights for 10 years off and on). I've never really been serious since my early to mid twenties (I'm 39 now). I'm just starting to slowly get back into the swing of it. My strength is nowhere near what it was when I was in my twenties. Once I get back into a steady routine, I'm confident that I can get back up to my PB.
Ronnie.
