The hardest kick to perform in a real fight probably the 720 degree jump spin hook kick to the head. If you landed it by some chance it would pretty much end the fight as well. Good luck trying to land it much less do it. I only know a few people who can throw it quickly with power. And i do not believe any of them would use it in a real fight.
probably the most potential is the side kick, thai round kick or front kick to the groin. Although I've grown fond of the stop kick to the bottom of the knee cap.
720 degree jump kick and after it fly away
sidekick is hardest to land of the basic kicks, turning and jump kick I do not even take into considderation
Any high kick is way harder to do than a low level kick
easiest is Coup de pied bas which is a kick from savate(boxefrancias) where you kick with the bottom of the foot keeping toes pointing outwards ( like in ashibaraisweep) aimed at the shin or at the kneecap
Most effective probably one of the low kick variations or a combination between a pushing and a trusting frontkick
(I've seen big guys go down on a frontleg frontkick to the midsection)
It all depends on the distance shortrange the frenchkick might work or a knee
Mid range the lowkicks are perfect
And for long range the frontkick is well suited
I once put a TKD fighter in a bear hug (I was behind him) and he kicked me in the back of the head. Of course, it wasn't very hard, but it still shocked the hell out of me.
Van Damn's helcopter kick is only a 360 degree spin kick. But you let your back leg drag rather than tucking which is stupid. Anyway.
Sidekick from is easily thrown to the thigh or knee or to bladder without too much difficulty depending on if you know how to short chamber it and are a decent kicker. It's also eaiser if you stand a bit more sideways than usual. Since many real fights do not come directly from in front of you like a side tackle it is extremely easy to throw.
Yeah I like being able to throw a sidekick straight up from inside trapping clinch range and bring it up under the chin. people never see it and it picks them right off their feet. But timing is everything because it is risky as all hell if they see it.
1. Any power that can be abused will be abused
2. Abuse always expands to fill the limits of resistance to it.
3. If people don't resist the abuses of others, they will have no one to resist the abuses of themselves, and tyranny will prevail.

I wouldn’t worry about what kicks are the hardest. I would concentrate on the kicks that have a higher percentage of landing.
When I was a teenager I had a lot of kicks in my arsenal. I loved kicks. Now I just have a few that I use a lot. The only spinning kick I do is the spinning back kick and that may be 1-2 per sparring session. I like the round kick to the legs. The only jumping kick I do is the jump round kick. I don’t usually do this in sparring because of the power, I don’t want to injure my partner. Also I’m a heavy weight and my vertical is lacking (embarrassing).
The kick I could do many years go fairly well that I’ve been trying lately is the axe kick (just for shits and giggles). However my timing and range is off and I haven’t been able to make it work very well. It’s been about 15 years since I have practiced the axe kick.

Yepp, well said.
I agree with that darrianation.
The question is a strange one ?
Who would want to use the hardest kick to perform ?
I want what is consistently effective, and easy to perform.
The karate kids like that kind of thing.
720' spinning hook kicks etc,
The karate kids like all that kind of thing....
People who use this type of flashy stuff,
do not fight anyone that is a good fighter,
or else they'd only use it once !!!!!
Then after picking themselves up,
they'd say " Thats not meant to happen, it never happens like that in the films, I am not doing that one again, anybody know of a good dentist " ???
It's funny though that I have seen decent fighters stand there and take a 360 round kick simply because they didn't know what it was and weren't sure what the counter was for it.
Or I've seen people throw up the block and when the kick didn't come on the first spin retract the block and get nailed.
You only do that a couple times before you learn not to do that but I have been suprised to see who it did work on.
Also somepeople simply do not know how to evade kicks. Some people go the wrong way and get a hell of a whack or try to move backwards which leads to a good whack to. And if you are too slow moving forward will get you busted up as well.
most people don't realize that moving into a kick like a jump spin is better than trying to evade it.
