                        35 old? HA! I scoff at you! I'm 44 now and didn't start martial arts training till I was 40. I'm in better shape now than I was then. I will admit, however, that my knees give me trouble. In fact I've resorted to using a walker, but I just don't quite have the knack of using it yet (see pic):
