Systema-ROSS is very interesting, it has all the combat ranges (their groundfighting is close to combat sambo) and also weapon training (blades and firearms)....
one very interesting point of this training is that you train to strike without any telegraphic moves so that you don't have the time to prepare or tense muscles to absorb the shock...
My training partners systema instructor trained in one of the spets bases (Moscow), the physical requirement to be admitted in the spetsnaz troops is to be able to do 1000 push ups, 1000 squats, 1000 basic abdominal crunches, 1000 abdominal bicycles within 4 hours....
I started this thread way back, don't know what this resent post you did has to do with it directly but it is interesting that to achieve what you have put forth, you would mathematically have to do one move every 10.1 sec ending at 4 hours, WOW !
What a goal!
I wonder where the age barrier would averagely have failure to achieve this?

Anyway hope to hear from krys on more of the 4000 moves
Apparently it is possible to do the 4000 moves by series of 250 (5*50, a few seconds between every 50, a longuer break after the whole 250). I have done around 1000 abds (series of 100) in a Muay Thai session a few years ago. I tried to do the push ups and squats two weeks ago but had to stop after 500 p.u. (and around 450 squats) and my arms were stiff for 4-5 days afterwards, I will still try to achieve this within 3 months ....
Concerning the age factor colonel Mikhail Ryabko passed the spetsnaz test at age 15 but h was trained since age 5 by one of Stalin's bodyguard, same happened to his son and Gen. Rutchenki's son...You can see G. R. son rolling and doing groundwork at age 7 in the tape "from dance to combat" of Ameross and it is stunning...
